Do I need to have purchased a Reed Diffuser before to buy a refill?

Not at all! There are no restrictions for buying our Reed Diffuser Refills. We do recommend you try our 100 mL Reed Diffuser or our samples before going for the Refill since the Refill contains quite some volume.

What are some ways I can benefit from this Refill Scheme?

Well, you can simply buy the Refill and a beautiful Reed Diffuser Bottle (in accessories section) of your choice. It's a great deal you just cannot miss! You could also buy the Reed Diffuser Refill and use a bottle of your choice. It's all about what pleases the aesthetics of your homes and makes home feel home.

What rewards can I obtain upon being a regular refill purchaser?

With every two refills that you buy, you will be entitled to receive a free 100 mL refill of your choice.

*You would receive a discount code to help you redeem a free 100 mL refill. Note that the reed diffuser refill is free but delivery costs have to be borne by the user of the discount code.

Tired of a fragrance and want to try another one? Want to switch up the bottle size of your current fragrance for a more suitable size? Not happy with the primary colour of the bottle your scent was packaged in? We've got you!

Simply trade the empty, used Bottles in for new ones. It's our way of promoting sustainability and rewarding your commitment to the environment. Join us in closing the loop and making a difference together.

FAQs about our Trade-in Scheme

How does this scheme work?

It's simple. You return us a used Reed Diffuser Bottle and we return you a new one. You can choose to

i) Get a new Bottle (any Bottles which you can see in the accessories section) at no additional cost or delivery charge,

ii) Get a 100 mL Bottle filled with the fragrance of your choice of scent for a 12% discount

or (iii) Simply get a 10% discount code (with discount upto $20).

How do I return the old Bottle?

You can choose to drop by our location or arranged pickup spot after coordinating with us at enquiries@cairfragrances.com and exchange your bottles.

Alternatively, you can send it to us by Hongkong Post by using the option of packet which will cost you only $9.
